    Hi Brianvu-tp,

Where can we find a changelog that displays all of the LearnPress Add-ons?

When I navigate to the LearnPress GitHub page, the links take us to the ThimPress pages which show outdated information. The page shows the current version of WooCommerce Add-on for LearnPress is 4.14 (and last updated a week ago) when the current version is 4.18 and was updated perhaps six months ago.

I’ve raised this issue with ThimPress years ago many times, but they choose not to provide updated information.

Currently, the only way to know if a LearnPress plugin needs to be updated is to visit our ThimPress account page and to download the plugin. Only then do we see the current version (and past versions).

I also notified ThimPress that the LearnPress plugin (WC Add-on for LearnPress) constantly reminds us that our support has expired, even after clicking the “Dismiss” warning. The LearnPress plugin reminder keeps re-appearing and it’s obviously designed to try and evoke users to pay for extended support when it’s not required.

This message is so annoying, that I installed the plugin “Hide Dashboard Notifications” by WP Republic so to rid myself of this LearnPress plugin bug.

Anyway, just a few things for the “wish list” I guess that would make our jobs of maintaining websites easier.

    Best,

    Frank

    Hi Frank,

Thank you for reaching out and for your detailed feedback.

It’s valuable insights like these that help us identify areas for improvement.

We have received your feedback and have already updated the changelog for the WooCommerce Add-on for LearnPress. We are now in the process of auditing and updating the changelogs for all other LearnPress add-ons.

Regarding the “Dismiss” warning that keeps reappearing, this issue might be related to your website’s settings not being able to save the state correctly. To properly diagnose and fix this, we need to perform a more in-depth check on your specific site environment.

For security reasons, and to allow our team to access your site securely, we recommend creating a free support ticket on our official forum. Our support team can then investigate why the dismissal state is not being saved and provide you with a solution.

To help you further, please visit , click on the “Support” and follow the instructions in this video to create your ticket. Our team will be able to assist you with this issue.

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
