No Tweets shown, no timeline

    It’s a Dutch website but the sidebar says that no Tweets are available at this moment (Twitter feed is op dit moment niet beschikbaar.). We have this problem for a few weeks now. I have been trying all kinds of things, like purching the cache, reconnecting to Smash Balloon, but nothing seems to be working. I read about API problems, but I don’t know what I can do about it.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for support! There are some ongoing issues with the Twitter API that we are currently working on improving. I tried to reset the limit on your website, to help with troubleshooting but it seems to to be disconnected from Smash Balloon. To further investigate this, please submit a support request via the form on our website, https://smashballoon.com/support/, and include the System Info. 

    To obtain this information, please follow the steps on this page: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info. We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information from your site, which we do not suggest posting here.
