Hi @chinteshprajapati,
The error message you’re encountering — “Scheduled action for wc-admin_import_orders will not be executed as no callbacks are registered” — relates to the WooCommerce Admin plugin’s background data processing system, particularly for importing order data into the WooCommerce Analytics section. This background process is often triggered after installing WooCommerce, updating it, or enabling the Analytics features.
This specific warning typically means that a scheduled background task was created to handle the wc-admin_import_orders action, but no function is currently registered to execute it. This can occur if the hook was deprecated, renamed, or removed in a recent WooCommerce update, leaving behind a scheduled task with no associated action. It may also result from a conflict with another plugin or an incomplete update.
In most cases, if your WooCommerce Analytics reports are displaying correctly and there’s no missing data, the error can be safely ignored. The failure won’t affect your store’s functionality or sales operations. However, if you notice missing or incorrect order data in Analytics, you may need to reimport historical data from WooCommerce > Status > Tools using the “Reimport Historical Data” option.
To clean things up, you can use the wp control plugin to clear failed actions and also use it to run pending actions.
Let me know if you notice any issue on your site and if you have further questions.
Hi there,
As there’s been no follow-up, I’ll consider this resolved for the time being. We’re happy to jump back in if anything comes up!
