    If you are using the service via PC/laptop use mytv PC client to avoid such service interruptions. You could also required to check your connection status.

    I also had an issue with regards to disconnections earlier but i was able to clear it out by understanding the disconnection criteria which they use.
    Credit limit is one method they use and the other is number of invoices not settled.

    I’m also not happy with 2% interest which they charge, but not i have kept a credit card standing order to avoid all service interruptions..
