Hi Sudhakar,
It looks like they are using jQuery to create the animation. Unfortunately it looks like they encrypted their javascript file (despite the GPL License) and so I couldn't get to the actual functions. You might take a look at the jQuery API for animations.

You would start by taking the text in the textarea and parse out each word... then display it using maybe a while statement and setting the animation duration within the function.
Here is another example of how someone used a jQuery to create a feed reader. Notice how they set the duration using the animate function
