Developer Connection: Adobe Flash Builder for Force.com
Adobe Flash Builder for Force.com – Developer Preview (codename Stratus) is a new development tool for building cloud-based, rich Internet applications (RIAs) that can be deployed in the browser or on the desktop leveraging Adobe AIR.
Flash Builder for Force.com includes capabilities for building Flex applications that connect to services and data in the cloud leveraging the scalable Force.com platform. It also adds new data synchronization capabilities for creating occasionally connected applications.
You can use Flash Builder for Force.com to extend or enhance existing salesforce.com implementations or to build entirely new rich Internet applications deployed in the cloud using Force.com.
Important: This developer preview gives you an early hands-on experience building RIAs that integrate with the cloud—as such this IDE is subject to change and should not be used to build production applications.
