AIR with Flex

I have flex builder 3 and i want to create an AIR project.I can create it but i can't run it because there is an error.I installed AIR but the result is the same.Error and code are in the file i added.
What's the problem according to you?

Within the opening WindowedApplication tag, where you see xmllayout all running together, close the xmlns tag and add a space before layout, like so:

xmlns:mx="https://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" layout="horizontal"

But was the installation of AIR necessary or it is included into flex builder 3?If it isn't necessary i'm goingo to disinstall it.
