Quick Install to /usr/local
The script will prompt for confirmation before it does anything:
ruby -e "$(curl -fsS https://gist.github.com/raw/436471/install_homebrew.rb)"
Afterwards, install Xcode.

sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local
