Developer Connection: IBM ILOG Elixir for Flex and AIR
IBM® ILOG® Elixir V2.5 for Adobe AIR and Flex makes it easy for developers to create rich Internet applications (RIAs) that provide advanced graphical data-displays. IBM ILOG Elixir helps Flex developers turn raw data into clear, actionable information through a highly graphical and interactive user experience.
IBM ILOG Elixir for Adobe Flex allows Flex developers to:
- Quickly deliver interactive data visualization RIAs as dashboards with charts and maps, data analysis with pivot charts and treemaps, scheduling and planning displays with Gantt charts or calendars, and organization charts.
- Create custom displays through IBM ILOG Elixir class derivation or numerous extendible APIs.
- Reuse all existing Adobe Flex and AIR capabilities as server push, off-line modes and data connections.
