ISOC Organisational Membership
As an ISOC member, you will engage with other leading organisations worldwide that understand the need to take action collectively to ensure the Internet remains open, accessible, trusted, and secure. As an ISOC member, your organisation will make a real difference by supporting and contributing to the evolution of the Internet as an open, decentralized platform for innovation, creativity, and economic opportunity. Your membership enables ISOC to expand its global activities and initiatives in standards development, capacity building, education, and public policy. Becoming an ISOC member further provides significant opportunities for you and your organisation: The Internet Society is an important industry forum to provide leadership for the Internet evolution regarding technology, policy, and governance, and the continued development of Internet technology for geographies that are just beginning to benefit from ubiquitous network communications.

Membership LevelsISOC offers six levels of Organisational Membership, designed to suit the needs of all sizes of organisations. Non-profit organisations receive a 50 percent discount on annual fees at all levels. At the Platinum level, members may direct their contributions to specific programs that they wish to support in any of ISOC's four work areas. Our company's future depends on an open and universally accessible Internet. The Internet Society's objective analysis of important policy and technology developments injects a critical and unique voice into the worldwide debate about the Internet's future. Supporting ISOC is an absolutely essential element of our business strategy.

When you join ISOC, you join a global community. ISOC is now establishing regional bureaus as a focal point for ISOC regional activities including education, capacity building, and policy initiatives. The regional bureaus will work with ISOC Chapters, members, and the regional Internet community to understand and address local issues relating to the development of the Internet.
