Modernized the IOHID library usage for IOHID 1.5, which is present in Mac OS X 10.5+. The previous calls were all coming from the obsolete driver interface.

* Fix overwriting of the gAppleHidDeviceInterface global with the new contents of gEmuHidDeviceInterface by using locally scoped pointer variables appropriately. This fixes no specific problem but makes debugging clearer and the code more correct.
