Nick Bogaty Headed to Adobe
By Calvin Reid -- Publishers Weekly, 8/29/2007 8:03:00 AM
After more than five years as executive director of the International Digital Publishing Forum, a trade and standards association for the digital publishing industry, Nick Bogaty will leave IDPF next month to direct digital publishing business development for Adobe Systems beginning September 17. Bogaty will remain based in New York City.
Bill McCoy, general manager, Adobe epublishing, said Bogaty showed “strong vision” and the ability to bring together “publishers, vendors and other publishing stakeholders” to advance e-book standards and market development while heading IDPF.
