login path has return_to now
maddox got promoted to a fixture
include the ref name when asking for commits in the atom test
don't check the git version, that's dumb
fake login as not a staffer
add maddox as a fixture (non-staff, no memberships)
we don't use the events table to render commit comments anymore

Check the name we passed instead of inferring it.
This prevents bugs where more than one ref points to the same sha.
give the other file edit tests a chance, too
make sure we reset the controller if we want things to work
@controller.reset! helper for functional tests
trying to view a blob before it existed should result in a 404
get => post for blob saves
