How do I contact Get Satisfaction customer service?
For customer support, you can post a new topic, or email us at support@getsatisfaction.com.
When will my Get Satisfaction customer community be live in your system and findable in search?
Free customer communities will be activated upon manual approval, which may take up to two business days. Paid accounts will be made live immediately.
When can I start using the management view and moderation controls?
Your paid service will be activated upon completion of the sign-up form, and you can begin using these tools right away.
When will my employee status be activated?
For free accounts, your employee status will be activated after our internal verification process, which may take up to four business days. If you are purchasing one of our paid community support plans your employee status will be verified immediately.
How do I specify which employees have access to moderation controls?
Any employee you designate as an Official Rep or Admin will have access to the moderation controls.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express via our automated payment process. For payments over $500, we will also accept a check; please call us at 877.339.3997.
Can I cancel my account? Will I get a refund?
For month-to-month accounts, you can cancel at any time. The change will take effect with the next billing cycle. However, there are no refunds. Annual accounts are subject to the terms of the contract you signed, or, in the event that you have not signed a contract, can be canceled prior to the next annual billing date.
How do you calculate unique customers?
Individuals who visit your customer community in Get Satisfaction are tracked by a cookie. In any given month, each customer will be counted only once toward your limit, even if they view many topics over multiple sessions. You don't have to worry about tracking this number. We'll contact you if you are getting close to your limit.
Can I change my plan at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change will be reflected in your next billing cycle. To change your plan, please email sales@getsatisfaction.com or call us at 877.339.3997.

What kind of support does Get Satisfaction provide for the self-service plans?
We provide community-based support for any technical questions about our community platform.
Ongoing community support comes in several forms, including periodic webcasts and training materials. "Integrate" and "Customize" plans include dedicated support from our team of community managers on hand to answer and co-manage questions about specific community issues.
And *every* Get Satisfaction plan can be supplemented with custom technical/implementation support, social media training, community plan development and community management assistance as needed.
