A complete handout for the tutorial is required.
All selected instructors will receive a free registration for the conference. Please note that this only applies to one instructor per tutorial. A discounted rate will be available for additional instructors.
In addition, all those who submit abstracts, but are not chosen for the conference program will receive a discount of $100 off their gold pass or conference registration. Registration instructions will be available on the registration form.
Attendance will range from 15-50 people in each room.
Marketing/promotional presentations will not be considered for XTech.
