Ok now I understand. Sorry - I must have misunderstood before. You need to activate your account. To do this, re-enter your email in the text field on the page you are quoting above and hit change (screen shot below).

This will send you another activation email. Then you will need to go into that email and click the link.

You should not need a claim key for blogger (it is only needed in wordpress). To claim your blog so that you have access to settings and reports go to this url: https://www.outbrain.com/ln/AddBlogPage and follow the instructions from there. If you run into any problems feel free to email me directly. Please provide as much information as possible on where you encountered the problem.

The template you are using on blogger is flat (the header and footer and content are all on the same level in the code) and so our widget is having trouble figuring out where it should appear. I will ask one of our engineers to take a look and see if there is anything we can do on the back end to accommodate the template.

This seems to be an issue that many people are experiencing. We're looking into it right now and will hopefully have a solution for it shortly.

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a way that users can customize the language after the rater (the language that currently reads "Be the first to rate this post" or "rated X by Y people" etc.)

To do this you have to be able to host a file somewhere on a publicly accessible server. If you have this capability and are interested in customizing the language for the widget on your site feel free to email me at kate[at]outbrain[dot]com
