this aims to be something "like" dstat, but that works for windows. dstat (and doesn't actually really work yet): git@github.com:rogerdpack/dstat_windows.git to use: ruby 1.9 for doze install pre-requisites: ruby-wmi either gem install ruby-wmi or install from https://github.com/rogerdpack/ruby-wmi_here/tree/master then install https://github.com/rogerdpack/visualuruby_here/tree/master competitors: AnVir task manager is really excellent for monitoring processes (not super great for system wide info). They have a "free" version. Not open source, so I'm still better, but hey :) It turns out that there is a gui system monitor for windows: run (windows+r) perfmon.msc ref: https://www.homenetworkhelp.info/index.php?pg=podcast-2007-07-30
This feature is coming soon. Sit tight!
