Fixes to compiler warnings

- Fixed a bunch of compiler warnings.

Now pulls min and max energies to try from the min and max value in the potential

Changed constants to CGS and changed bound state test to look for changes in sign. Now it finds three bound states. They are diverging at the end, but they do have close to the expected envelope in the well.

Implementation of ps_data and ps_errors

Mostly notes in my comments, I am going through the math to expand to 2D myself.

Pasted in the engine code from the 1D shooter I started a while back. This is definately not compile with out errors
