Podcast
An audio or video recording that can be accessed and/or downloaded asynchronously. Podcasts are often made available as free subscriptions through iTunes and other Web-based services. Subscribers can have new recordings/shows downloaded to their computers or mobile devices. Content varies significantly: some podcasts are simple affairs, involving one or two people talking, while others are elaborate "episodes" with high production quality.
