update server info if we must
why was this code ever written? not sure - remove 'ab' special case
can't share blob html caches
bump pop languages cache ttl
better popular languages metric
make the set_participation_graph method lock, so we don't run more than one job concurrently
add a cache lock to GoodCache
don't die because of grit timeouts
a cessation of the "wrong number of arguments" error
protect against more wonkiness with nils in the last commit caching
don't submit jobs for broken commits
tests dont catch everything
nicer error for commit comments too
turn off the network feed :(
don't bump the version cache when saving last_ip
add the ability to not bounce the version cache when saving single attributes
