Intermittent increased error rates
more ![]() 10:34 AM PDT This morning we have experienced 2 short bursts, lasting about 10 minutes each, of slightly increased error rates. We have a good understanding of why this happened and we are actively working hour by hour to get it fixed. While we are working on the fix Amazon SQS may continue to experience short periods of increased timeouts or internal service errors.
12:52 PM PDT We are currently experiencing another event. Customers may be experiencing higher than normal latencies. We are working to bring latencies down momentarily.
1:08 PM PDT We are seeing some recovery but latencies are still high for some customers.
1:40 PM PDT The system has recovered. We are still working hard to fix the underlying cause for the recent Amazon SQS events.
4:01 PM PDT We are now seeing increased latencies. Customers may be experiencing timeouts for requests.
4:28 PM PDT Latencies have recovered.
5:42 PM PDT Amazon SQS is experiencing increased latencies.
6:08 PM PDT We are seeing increased latencies and errors.
6:50 PM PDT Latencies have returned to normal. We are still seeing a higher than usual error rate.
