Brilliant Book, March 30 2007

Very good, easy to read.
Is there a addendum to the book with more tricks and tips
Would have liked some examples expanded to the fullest for example Chap 12 page 563 - saving the merged word file and closing the template file without saving it
Well done anyway!!!!

The approach is solution-based, but the problems being solved are among the most common any Access developer will face. More importantly, each of the solutions is "discussed", explaining in detail exactly how it works and thereby opening a door for the reader to new design possibilities.
An Access developer might learn some or even all of these techniques via some other means, but I guarantee he/she will not learn and put them to practical use as quickly or efficiently as by using this book.
The Access Cookbook is not an option for novice to intermediate Access Developers - it's a must. Even expert Access developers should benefit - although the book is so popular that the techniques therein are essentially common knowledge to the Access community. Nevertheless, it should be (and probably already is) a part of any serious Access application developer's library.
Well done, December 07 2005

This is an excellent book for those who learn best by example. The code procedures are quite useful and solve real world problems.
