(EN)Storage-JAWS & AWS Community Hero Collaboration: "What Cloud Storage × Generative AI Can Achieve" We’re excited to announce a special collaborative event between Storage-JAWS and an AWS Community Hero, titled "What Cloud Storage × Generative AI Can Achieve.
"As generative AI continues to capture widespread attention, this session will explore how it can be applied in the realm of storage.
We’re also pleased to welcome Andrew, an AWS Community Hero visiting from Canada, who will lead a hands-on workshop on generative AI.
Feel free to join us—everyone is welcome!
The event will be held in offline in Meguro.

AWS Security Hero

Since joining the Japanese AWS User Group (JAWS-UG) in 2013, he has organized the Security-JAWS event in 2016, X-Tech JAWS which is a non-industry specific business and technology discussion, and he has been running the JAWS-UG Tokyo chapter since 2019.

In 2018, 1000 people participated in JAWS-UG workshops he organized. And in March 2019, he was chair of the JAWS DAYS 2019 organizer committee, an event which drew 2000 participants and had 129 sessions across 11 tracks in one day. He was named as AWS Samurai 2018.

In 2019, Shun held 14 workshops with 2500 participants and was named as AWS Samurai 2019. In September 2020, he launched a new event and was chair of JAWS SONIC 2020 / MIDNIGHT JAWS 2020, which was a fully online 24-hour event, with nearly 1,500 registrations and online participation including many from overseas.

knowledge and TIPS based on the results and experience accumulated through joint development and joint sales of AWS and FSx for ONTAP. He has experience in multiple industries and occupations, including sales of physical containers in the international logistics industry as a new graduate.
Favorite AWS services are Amazon ECS and FSx for ONTAP.

Andrew Brown is an AWS Community Hero in Canada.

Andrew was a CTO 15 years in Toronto but since 2018 opened his new company ExamPro creating free tech eductional content.

• Andrew organized the AWS Cloud Project Bootcamp in 2023 with 20,000 participants on freeCodeCamp and 100 hours of content.
• Andrew organized the GenAI Bootcamp in 2025 in 2025 with 10,000 participants on freeCodeCamp
• Andrew has released over 30 full certification courses for free.
• Andrew has recorded over 500 hours of free video content on AWS.
• Andrew is known for recording very long and indepth courses the longest course being 120 hours.
• Andrew owns and old church he is converting into a technology center
