The proposal "prop-087 IPv6 address allocation for deployment purposes" has been withdrawn by the author. The author believes the outcome of "prop-083 Alternative criteria for subsequent IPv6 allocations" adequately addresses the issues raised. However, the author notes that the issue of returning unused IPv6 blocks following deployment remains to be addressed. Information about this and other policy proposals is available from: https://www.apnic.net/policy/proposals Andy and Terence
