APNIC seeks final comments on the following draft document:

This document outlines the process for submitting, discussing, and
determining APNIC policy proposals. It is available at:
https://www.apnic.net/docs/drafts/policy-development-draft.html
This draft is intended to implement the consensus decision reached at APNIC
17 (endorsed by the Executive Council on 24 December 2003) in relation to
proposal prop-001-v001.

Nature of the document review
-------------------
This is an editorial review only. The APNIC community has already reached
consensus on the policy issues which are to implemented.
Therefore, during the comment period, interested parties may:
- object to the draft document on the grounds that it does not
properly reflect the consensus decision reached in the Policy
Review Process;
- suggest improvements of any aspect of the document;
- request that an additional call for comment be made to allow
more consideration of substantial revisions.
