Actually, I don't think that the 10 November 2003 spec did allow features on message references, so Handling Privacy In WSDL 2.0 is correct as it was based on this version, but not in sync with the latest WSDL 2.0 draft. I believe that, regarding the pseudo-schemas, we just need to sync them with the section 2.7.1.1 Feature Composition Model[1] which was added in the 26 March 2004 draft.
