[Looking for a mail archive id] In most places, the <import> element seem to correspond to a #include directive, for example in section 2.1.2 stockquoteservice.wsdl example. This does not seem to be the case for the stockquote.wsdl example in the same section. If the <import> element in that section was equivalent to a #include directive, the schema stockquote.xsd would be included as is, and there would be a missing surrounding <types> element.
