Lee, In https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-rdf-comments/2000JulSep/0015.html you raised an issue which was captured in https://www.w3.org/2000/03/rdf-tracking/#rdfs-versioning as [[[ The submitter is concerned about RDF schema's, once published, not being able to change. The introduction of a rdfs:deprecated property to enable controlled changes to schema is suggested. ]]] As recorded in https://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/20010801-f2f/#decisions the RDFCore WG has decided to close this issue on the grounds that this is a problem that is known to be very hard to solve and is outside the scope of this WG. Please could you respond to this message, copying www-rdf-comments@w3.org indicating whether this is an acceptable resolution of this issue. Brian McBride RDFCore co-chair
