dereferencing namespace URI - but no link (editorial)

Hi,
as another editorial LC comment for WS-Addressing, I'd like to point out
that both LC documents say the XML Schema is available by dereferencing
the namespace URI provided in the same paragraph, but it would be so
much easier if that URI was in fact an HTML link. 8-)
