😄 Hi, I'm Zhiyuan. I specialize in Generative Models, 3D Neural Fields, Multi-task Learning, and Multi-objective Optimization. LLM and few-shot learning are also research areas that I am interested in. I obtained my PhD degree in Computer Science at City University of Hong Kong advised by Qingfu Zhang. Before this, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Automation at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
1. How do you take notes?
I mainly use Goodnotes for handwriting and Markdown for digital writing.
2. What Markdown editor do you use?
I mainly use Typora, sometimes I would also use VSCode with some extensions (e.g. Markdown All in One, Markdown+Math), and recently I find Mathpix Markdown is worth trying. I would use hackmd when I need online collaboration.
3. What Latex editor do you use?
I mainly use Overleaf and highly recommend it. I also recommend subscribing a plan so that you can back up your files via Dropbox and access full History feature.
4. Do you have some tips when using markdown/latex?
Here are some tools I often use: Mathpix Snipping - digitize handwritten or printed text into Latex; Detexify - find the symbol you want by drawing; PicGo - picture bed management.
