Getting Started
Install
Furtherance has been re-written and uses a new database structure. If you are still using the GTK version, back up your old database (to either .db or .csv) before converting the database with the new app
Linux
Install from Flathub: flatpak install flathub io.unobserved.furtherance
Type in the name of the task you are working on, add a @Project, some #tags, and a $rate, and press start. That's really all there is to it.
Sync
To sync you task history across multiple devices use Furtherance Sync, which is end-to-end encrypted.
To get started, you can either self-host it (free), or subscribe to the paid, easy-to-use, hosted version for $5/month. Sync subscriptions have the added benefit of supporting this project, so thank you!
