(#155)table.optimize()method no longer deletes junk rows from the*_fts_docsizetable. This was added in 2.17 but it turns out runningtable.rebuild_fts()is a better solution to this problem.- Fixed a bug where rows with additional columns that are inserted after the first batch of records could cause an error due to breaking SQLite's maximum number of parameters.
