The named.acl file and allow-transfer clauses allow you to control who can obtain a copy of your zone(s).
[code block example here]
You can make a private arrangements with parties you trust to allow them to slave off of your zones with or without fees. (This assumes you have the rights to distribute your own data and are not distributing others' work without permission.)
Alternatively you can share your zone to our project and specify either a limited list or that your zone be available to all identified parties. If you wish to limit your list, again you can have a private fee or free relationship with the other parties. We will provide you with a small file upload capabililty to maintain your ACL list that controls access to your zone from our server.
You may request access to other people's zones directly if you know them or indirectly through us if you don't. They will grant you access to their domain on our system if they wish to, or may grant you direct access to slave off of their server.
Members of existing trust communities may choose to automatically allow zone access to anyone in the group.
