• GeneMANIA
  An interactive gene function prediction platform. Led UX and system design for intuitive query flows, real-time network visualisation, and interpretability for biomedical researchers.

• EnrichmentMap
  A web-based analysis tool for gene set enrichment workflows. Designed core interactions and UI, based on UCD user interviews, to help researchers explore high-dimensional genomics data using network-based visualisations.

• Biofactoid
  A structured data curation and visualisation tool for molecular biology. Developed workflows and UI patterns enabling domain experts to create machine-readable biological models without coding and without any training.
