Add critical severity (#56)
Issues in Snyk may now carry a severity of critical. As things stand, the
default filter supplied to the call to the aggregated-issues endpoint will
exclude critical-severity issues.
This change adds the critical severity to the filter to rectify this.

Add issue_type label (#50)
Currently it is not possible to separate vulnerability metrics from license
issue metrics. License issues was added in
afdb810 as a side effect of changing the Snyk
API endpoint.
This change adds an issue_type label to the exporters metric making it possible
to inspect issues related to license or vulnerabilities explicitly.

Add shutdown handling (#47)
Currently we just exit the exporter when receiving a signal. This does not wait
for closing down the polling mechanisms etc.
This change introduces a real shutdown sequence that waits for all components to
stop before exiting.

Increase default interval to 10 minutes (#43)
Currently the scrape interval is 1 minute. As the metrics we are tracking are
rather slow moving we can accept a delay of up to 10 minutes for changes to be
reflected. This reduces the load in Snyk APIs significantly and also reduces
resource usage of the exporter (as it does the scraping 10 times less).

Use Alpine 3.10.2
The previous version 3.10.3 was a mistake and is not available.

Upgrade dependencies to latest (#32)
