We have a fundamental priority for different roles in the team. Basically, besides obeying the priority guidance below, members just need to self-organize their work or discuss with the manager the priority if needed.

• Create issues for improvement (add to planning milestone on your own. Raise to the manager if you think that needs to prioritize first)
• Raise blocking issues in the team meeting or team channel for discussion
• Fix or improve doc anytime
• Help with questions on GitHub or Slack channels with the best efforts.

• Items in the backlog of the current milestone
  • For any development, except code change, need to consider adding/updating LEP, unit testing, integration testing or e2e testing, doc update.
• P0 items
• Bug fixing first, especially regression, stability, resilience, and performance related.

• Ready for testing items
  • How to verify them is not just based on the test cases provided by RD, but also needs to think from a negative testing perspective.
• Review, update or add test cases when verifying ready-for-test issues
• Automate test cases

• Check and help GitHub issues reported by the community
• Check and help questions on Slack channels
• Report issues for anything that needs to improve or fix
