The wiki is meant for Box users to contribute their own configuration files or notes that may help other Phar builders. You can find documentation for the individual Box commands by running:

$ php box.phar help <COMMAND>

If you need to see a reference for the available configuration settings, you will need see the help screen for the build command:

$ php box.phar help build
