v2.11.0
New version 2.11: Given stderr back to the programmer. The purpose of these changes is to give the library user complete control over the error output of the program. Error messages that were currently printed out by the library may now be customized or even silenced. In particular: * Fatal errors (instances of `ExceptionSystemFatalError`) are now passed to the _uncaught_handler_ specified for the current exception context, instead of calling `e4c_print_exception` right away. * MSG_FATAL_ERROR is now printed by the function `e4c_print_exception` instead of the internal function `e4c_library_fatal_error`. Thus, the user may get rid of it, by defining his/her own _uncaught handler_. * MSG_AT_EXIT_ERROR (printed by the internal function `e4c_library_finalize`) may also be disabled by defining the compile-time parameter `NDEBUG`. This message is important while developing or debugging the application, because it warns about library misuses (fatal errors). However, the programmer may now mute it at his/her own discretion. Note that passing `NULL` as the _uncaught handler_ is also valid (nothing will be printed).
v2.7.0
New version 2.6. Changed naming convention: {name} means *public* (part of the library API) {name}_ means *protected* (not intended to be accessed directly by the library user) _{name} means *private* (not visible outside the library implementation) Created _protected_ type `e4c_continuation` in order to create an abstraction around `jmp_buf` Renamed functions: * e4c_print_exception_hierarchy => e4c_print_exception_type * e4c_frame_init => e4c_frame_first_stage_ * e4c_frame_step => e4c_frame_next_stage_ Divided function `e4c_frame_hook` into `e4c_frame_get_stage_` and `e4c_frame_catch_`
