This happens because some requests are done while the page has been long loaded (to cycle ads I believe). These requests are properly blocked, but given they were not seen as blocked before (because they didn't exist), HTTPSB thinks it needs to reload the page to disable the scripts.

Example:

martReloadTab() > will reload because "script|pagead2.googlesyndication.com" is now blocked

However scripts from pagead2.googlesyndication.com were never loaded in the first place, so there is no need to reload to force a disabling of javascript.

Potential solutions:

• Remember what was not blocked (more memory consumed)
• Put back the on-the-fly blocked requests dictionary (I think that will be it)
