Full frame source url could be shown over blocked frames under the short title (eg. www.youtube.com). Most of the time frames are blocked (both 3rd party or host domain), so it's generally not the best option to turn on frames on many web pages since they are generally videos. So rather than enabling them each time, I'd prefer to click to the url then it opens in a new tab. This enhancement would provide a convenient way to just open the frame in a new tab without dealing with the page source, etc.
