Opera requires that Youtube works out-of-the-box when an extension is installed.

Certainly due to the fact that now assets are loaded asynchronously, the Youtube preset is not found when it is tentatively applied during the chrome.runtime.onInstalled handler.

Solution is probably to process whatever first-install steps when the allLocalAssetsUpdated message is received.
