This is a first trial to disclose some of the post-processing routines for DISPLACE simulation output files.
After installation and loading the displaceplot package into a R console, look at library(help=displaceplot) to list the first available routine. The first one will be getAggLoglikeFiles() but is very time consuming in case the number of replicates per scenario is high. So usually better to process it under a HPC cluster.
