this is normal Speedometer, it doesn't have any special methods.
add to xml Layout:
<com.github.anastr.speedviewlib.SpeedView
android:id="@+id/speedView"
android:layout_width="300dp"
android:layout_height="wrap_content" />define speedometer in the code.
SpeedView speedView = (SpeedView) findViewById(R.id.speedView);
// change MAX speed to 320
