Btw, I used admin@brackets.io as a contact address as it's the only one I know of that is a generic one that only Adobe people (but not just one, I suppose) can read. |

Adds a copy of the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct to Brackets. There have been numerous big projects that have done so before (see https://contributor-covenant.org/#who), and I don't see any particular reason why we shouldn't also have one, except for maybe the added responsibility, but we should have that anyway.
