Thanks @Mamaduka - this already looks much better!

I noticed this "..." menu used a blue background for the active hover state, while other menus in the editor use a blue text color instead.

Where does this menu styling come from (maybe the design mocks)? Should we align the style with these other menus?

This will be the next design iteration for components. The other "Actions" menus also use the same components, which was the only reason I decided to use it here.

I think the plan is to update all dropdown menus and use the same component under the hood.

Happy to revert to old styles. @jasmussen, what do you think?
