Description

当初为了添加公共子表达式消除机制，and 的短路机制没了，比如：

lambda a: a.b.c and a.b.d and a.e.f and a.e.g
def built_guard_fn(a):
    ___t_0 = a.b
    ___t_1 = ___t_0.c
    ___t_2 = ___t_0.d
    ___t_3 = a.e
    ___t_4 = ___t_3.f
    ___t_5 = ___t_3.g
    return ___t_1 and ___t_2 and ___t_4 and ___t_5

这就导致 lookup guard 每次都成为了固定开销

因此本 PR 兼顾公共子表达式的消除和短路机制，利用 := 象牙运算符 inline 掉这些符号，比如：

lambda a: (___t_1 := (___t_0 := a.b).c) and (___t_2 := ___t_0.d) and (___t_4 := (___t_3 := a.e).f) and (___t_5 := ___t_3.g)

可以大幅降低 lookup guard 的时间

这里上图 inline 前每次都是固定开销，短路机制失效，下面 inline 后没有命中 guard 时每次都会提前快速退出，开销大幅减少，此处 guard 从接近 1400us 降低到了 700us 多，降低了接近一半～
