As Python becomes a first-class language within Visual Studio, the bulk of the documentation that's been on this wiki (with a few exceptions below) has moved to aka.ms/PTVSDocs. Among other things, this move allows for localization and direct commenting.

We continue to welcome your contributions to the docs: just look for the Edit command on the upper right of each page, which takes you directly to the open GitHub repository.
