While igxTimePicker calendar is on focus, pressing Tab several times will move the focus outside the component.

Describe the solution you'd like

Keep focus inside the igxOverlay until ESC is pressed. This will allow all the components that are using the overlay to keep the focus also, e.g.: igxTimePicker. This will improve accessibility of the igxOverlay and components that are using it.
