- Fixed scanner traversing into hidden directories when show_hidden is false
- Added --entry-type flag to properly filter files vs directories
- Fixed ls formatter to show full paths for filtered results
- Prevented confusing depth jumps (0→2) when hidden parent dirs are excluded
- Consistent behavior: if a directory is hidden, its contents are also hidden
- Better handling of filtered search results in ls mode
- Added helpful tips when search returns no results

Implement truly deterministic semantic categorization
🔧 Complete Semantic Analyzer Redesign:
- Replaced HashMap with ordered Vec<(Category, patterns)> for 100% deterministic behavior
- Categories now checked in explicit priority order: Generated > Data > Assets > Scripts > Tests > BuildSystem > Config > Dependencies > Documentation > SourceCode
- Improved pattern matching with precise extension handling
- Test file detection now uses same robust pattern matching
🐛 Root Cause Fixed:
- HashMap iteration order was non-deterministic across environments
- Local tests passed but CI failed randomly for 'data.csv' categorization
- Now guarantees Data patterns checked before SourceCode patterns
✅ Benefits:
- Deterministic across all platforms (local, CI, different Rust versions)
- Logical priority: specific file types (Data, Assets) before generic (SourceCode)
- All 13 tests pass consistently in any environment
- Maintains backwards compatibility
