Mobile Cramming
Mobile cramming is a modern version of a long-time scam in which consumers' phone bills are used as a vehicle for unauthorized charges placed by third parties.
Since 2013, The Commission has taken significant steps to fight mobile cramming, bringing multiple enforcement actions and holding a workshop to explore the scope of this important consumer protection issue.
